1. Past forms

Trap: い-adjectives never take でした. 楽たのしいでした ✕ → 楽たのしかったです ○

Irregular: いい → よかったです / よくなかったです

Alternative negative: 楽たのしくありませんでした (more formal than 楽たのしくなかったです).

2. N1 は N2 より adj — comparison

より marks the thing being surpassed. It can also come first: 大阪おおさかより東京とうきょうのほうが大おおきいです。

3. N1 と N2 と どちらが — two items

—海うみのほうが好すきです。

Trap: use for two items even when they aren't directions. 何なにがいいですか ✕ for a two-way choice.

Answer with 〜のほうが. Both equally:

4. N の中なかで 何なに/どこ/だれ/いつ が一番いちばん — three or more

— サッカーが一番いちばん好すきです。

Three or more → 何なに/どこ/だれ/いつ, never どちら. Then pick the one that matches what you are choosing between: sports are things, so 何 — どこ would be asking which place is best.
