は as a particle is written HA but pronounced WA. じゃありません is spoken; ではありません is formal/written.
2. N も — too / also

Trap: も replaces は — never わたしはも.
3. N1 の N2 — affiliation
ミラーさんはIMCの社員です。 / わたしは富士大学の学生です。

Never attach さん to your own name. Children: 〜ちゃん (girls/small children), 〜くん (boys).
