3. 〜から — reason
時間がありませんから、新聞を読みません。
Reason comes first, result second. から attaches to the polite form at this stage.
4. Answering どうして
どうして来ませんでしたか。
—用事があったからです。
The reason can also come after the result: 新聞を読みません。時間がありませんから。
