1. 〜すぎます — too much

2. 〜やすいです / 〜にくいです
Formation: ます-stem + やすい / にくい. Both behave as い-adjectives.

3. 〜くします / 〜にします — change something deliberately

1. 〜すぎます — too much, past the acceptable line

すぎる is itself a Group II verb, so it conjugates all the way: 飲みすぎる · 飲みすぎない · 飲みすぎた · 飲みすぎて.

すぎる always carries a complaint. "Very expensive but I'll take it" is とても高いです; 高すぎます means it is beyond what you will pay.
The ます-stem noun form appears in health talk: 食べすぎ (overeating), 飲みすぎ (drinking too much), 働きすぎ (overwork).
2. 〜やすいです / 〜にくいです
ます-stem + やすい (easy to) or にくい (hard to). Both are い-adjectives from then on.

やすい also covers "tends to": 割れやすい (breaks easily), 疲れやすい (gets tired easily), 忘れやすい (forgetful).
